NetSuite Administrator

Lighthouse Search Advisors is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution organization looking to add a NetSuite Administrator to its team. This person will take ownership of the day-to-day NetSuite environment, supporting users across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional NetSuite administration experience along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite environment Configure and maintain workflows, Saved Searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, forms, roles, and permissions Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other business teams to understand requirements and improve processes Support NetSuite functionality across inventory management, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, manufacturing, and financial processes Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to NetSuite users Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency Support integrations and third-party applications connected to NetSuite Assist with testing, system upgrades, new functionality, and NetSuite release management Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials Support data integrity, imports, reporting, and ongoing system optimization Coordinate with external NetSuite partners and consultants when necessary Qualifications: 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience Experience supporting NetSuite within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment Strong hands‑on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, dashboards, reporting, custom fields/forms, and roles & permissions Understanding of inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and warehouse processes Exposure to NetSuite manufacturing functionality, including assemblies, BOMs, work orders, and related processes Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite solutions Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work directly with both technical and non‑technical users Preferred: NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification Experience with NetSuite WMS or third‑party warehouse solutions Experience with EDI and other supply chain integrations Experience supporting multi‑location manufacturing or distribution operations Experience with NetSuite implementation, optimization, or post‑go‑live projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Lighthouse Search Advisors LLC
