Healthcare Sales Rep

Overview We’re changing lives every day for both our patients and our team members. We are a rapidly expanding primary care provider and are looking for a Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) to generate sales leads and enroll new patients by nurturing relationships with seniors, local community partners, and senior‑focused businesses. Key Responsibilities Build and cultivate direct‑to‑senior and business‑to‑business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year‑round. Meet with seniors and groups in homes, workplaces, places of worship, senior centers, or living communities to share the ChenMed value proposition. Plan, coordinate, and execute local community events such as information tables, health fairs, and doctor talks to reach medically underserved, Medicare‑eligible seniors age 55 and older. Develop and maintain strong relationships with health‑plan agents, individual insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, and related community providers, positioning ChenMed/JenCare as their top provider choice. Partner with community officials, businesses, and senior outreach programs to develop initiatives that drive new patient growth. Schedule sales meetings and referral relationships with plan agents, independent brokers, and senior community members to deliver solutions on immediate customer requests. Manage event vendors and negotiate contracts with venues. Invite insurance agents and brokers to community events to ensure timely patient assignment to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers. Use marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers, maintaining up‑to‑date client information in SalesForce and documenting interactions. Provide a monthly activity calendar with community access points and new tabletop venues; create penetration plans for key target markets. Recover dormant customers through sales tools and marketing campaigns. Drive new member growth by educating potential patients on our value proposition and healthcare model; deliver presentations to large audiences. Develop distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth; use all sales tools provided for efficiency and data collection. Partner with sales leadership to improve engagement effectiveness with distributors, vendors, and community partners. Build trusting relationships with brokers, insurance agents, case workers, and third‑party vendors; develop and execute specific partner strategies and plans. Engage with new patients beyond their first appointment, maintaining relationships to positively impact retention and resolve complaints as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 75%. Demonstrates independent judgment. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; experience with seniors and Medicare Advantage a plus. Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business experience or equivalent management experience preferred. Relevant sales experience establishing and maintaining relationships with business/vendor partners. Experience in telesales and data entry into a computer while on the phone. Current, valid driver’s license required. Compensation Pay Range: $38,509 – $55,013 Salary. Final compensation depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. Eligible for bonuses or commissions.
