District Supervisor

UG2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Supervisor to oversee operations for our Inland Empire region. This leadership role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality janitorial and facilities services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, and warehouse environments. The District Supervisor will ensure exceptional customer service, drive operational excellence, and manage a large team of field and support staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of janitorial and facilities management services across 5M+ square feet of managed space. Lead a team of supervisors, site managers, and janitorial staff to ensure consistent service delivery that exceeds client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. Ensure contract compliance, including staffing levels, service standards, and safety protocols. Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis. Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and develop personnel to foster a high-performing and service-oriented team. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, payroll, and procurement, to support branch operations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred). Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations or facilities management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing large commercial portfolios and multiple client sites. Strong knowledge of janitorial/facilities services industry best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
