Bilingual HR Manager II

Job Description One of Insight Global's Client's is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources. Responsibilities include managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration; driving positive employee relations; monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws. Safety is also a key focus for the Human Resources Manager who is responsible for ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall. Skills and Requirements Associates Degree or Higher Bilingual in Spanish and English Minimum of 3 years experience - HR generalist or HR manager Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training comfortable working in a corporate environment (onsite 5 days a week- business professional)LI recruiter and indeed is a plusRetail expereince We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
