Server AssistantAt Main Event, our Server Assistants are there to support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables and helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink overs. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.What Will You Be Doing Daily?Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink ordersDelivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needsSupporting the Server, by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables and turning tablesCreating memorable experiences by providing exceptional servicePerforming opening, mid-day or closing dutiesPosition RequirementsPrior food and beverage experience a plus, but not requiredGuest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as requiredCommunicates effectivelySense of urgency and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem solving and multi-tasking skillsCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to work days, nights and/or weekendsPerks And BenefitsMain Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job - so we do our part in making sure we give you what you need to stay motivated, valued and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that's inclusive, rewarding and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities and unlimited game play!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes please!)We help others grow!
