Job Title: Benefits and Eligibility Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ Start Date: July 27, 2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday, Onsite) Pay Rate: $18.61/hour Contract: 8 weeks Kelly is seeking a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You’ll support public assistance applicants by reviewing eligibility, processing applications, and helping resolve client concerns. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify public assistance applications and determine eligibility. Interview applicants, verify information, and follow up as needed. Clearly explain program rules to claimants, agencies, and employers. Advise clients on benefit options and assist them in accessing programs. Participate in paid, in-person training at the start of your assignment. Qualifications: Experience in data review and customer service preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication skills. Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced environment. Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and able to train in person for 7 weeks.
