Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple contract positions are open for onsite SLPs to start August 2026 through May 2027, serving various age groups and settings across three sites. These roles are ideal for collaborative professionals dedicated to supporting students’ communication needs in enriching school environments.

Opportunities include:

• Elementary Autistic Support (no case management; extensive AAC use; caseload ~45)
• Middle Grade Support (grades 4-8, mixed case management and services; regular education, learning support, life skills, autistic support)
• Complex Needs (single building, extensive AAC, interdisciplinary team collaboration, no case management; caseload ~45)
• Secondary/High School (part-time or full-time, transition planning, real life skills, caseload 30-55 based on schedule)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid PA Speech-Language Pathologist and Teaching Certificates
• Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship eligibility (CFs welcome with agency-provided supervision fee)
• SLPAs considered, even though not recognized in PA
• School-based SLP experience or willingness to support diverse caseloads, including AAC, life skills, complex communication needs, and transition planning
• Willingness to work fully onsite (no virtual placements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to assigned students
• Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies
• Collaborate closely with educators, OTs, PTs, and other support staff
• Document student progress and participate in team meetings
• Engage in transition planning and support life skills acquisition (secondary positions)
