Description You will be the Financial Analyst Associate for the Finance/Performance team. Our team is responsible for delivering clear, data‑driven insights that keep our programs on track and financially sound. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. Ability to multi‑task and take on challenging assignments. Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and ability to interface with senior management. Desired Skills Earned Value Management experience in the aerospace or defense industry. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits.
