This role requires a senior engineer who can help lead the way, owning problems end to end and delivering meaningful impact. You Know the Tradeoffs (and When to Break the Rules) You have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering user-facing products and platform components. You've built and scaled TypeScript/Node.js applications, architected complex PostgreSQL databases with advanced features, and deployed containerized services to cloud platforms. You’re comfortable with patterns like event sourcing and version-controlled data, prioritize type safety across the stack, and thrive in a functional programming environment. This role requires true full-stack mastery with emphasis on type safety, clean architecture, and the ability to work with unique commit-based data models. You balance speed and quality with a bias for action, never cutting corners on what matters, while building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
