Now Hiring: 1st or 2nd Shift Mechanical Assemblers (Union)

*Pay: $22-$24/hr

*Location: Chaska, MN

*Shifts: 6:00AM-2:30PM Mon-Fri OR 2:30PM-1:00AM Mon-Thurs

Job Summary: Join a growing manufacturing team within the Union assembling radiators and radiator coils used in copper piping systems. This hands-on role involves reading blueprints, measuring materials, using hand and power tools, and building quality products in a clean, modern facility.

• Assemble radiators and radiator coils from blueprints and work orders
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand and power tools
• Use drills and fasteners to secure parts and assemblies
• Perform quality inspections and verify measurements
• Operate basic production and fabrication equipment
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area through 5S practices

• 1 year of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, or related experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Auto mechanic, HVAC, fabrication, or construction experience
• Metal fabrication or metal stamping experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Experience with brazing or mechanical assembly

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $47153.60 - $49233.60/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
