Sales Executive – LoopNet (Cleveland, OH) CoStar Group is a leading provider of commercial real‑estate data, analytics and online marketplaces. Position Overview As a Sales Executive you will partner with owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies that showcase their property portfolios. Your success will rely on building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships and advising on product frequency, reach and ROI using CoStar’s analytic tools. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue. Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data and close new business. Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate trends and deliver market insights. Maintain regular, value‑added communication and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Conduct in‑person meetings, travel by car, and may travel outside the local driving radius. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, business intelligence or data analytics. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Track record of exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer experience. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate establishing long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite clients. Strong data‑analysis skills and ability to build reports and provide strategic recommendations. Regular access to a motor vehicle and flexibility to adapt to a high‑growth environment.
