Josie's Table - A modern farm-to-table restaurant focused on seasonal cooking, sustainable sourcing, and bold, creative flavors. We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and dessert programs across both concepts. Responsibilities: Develop and execute distinct dessert menus for both restaurants: traditional Italian favorites for Milano and seasonal, farm-forward creations for Josie's Table. Oversee daily pastry production, prep, and plating with an emphasis on quality and consistency. Manage pastry staff, scheduling, and training. Work closely with the Executive Chefs and local farmers to source fresh, sustainable ingredients. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization standards are met. Qualifications: 2+ years of professional pastry experience, ideally in fine dining or boutique restaurants. Strong knowledge of Italian pastry and classical baking techniques. Passion for local, seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. Proven leadership and organizational skills. A strong eye for presentation and detail.
