Cafe Worker
Join SAGE at our welcoming campus caf and help create a warm, friendly experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors every day at a private school in Nashville. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in great customer service, and like being part of a close-knit community, this is the perfect opportunity.
As a Cafe Worker, you'll greet customers with a positive attitude, accurately take orders, and help prepare a variety of fresh caf offerings following recipes, including hot foods, grab-and-go meals, and pizza. You'll also keep shelves stocked, monitor inventory, maintain a clean and inviting caf environment, and support the kitchen team with food prep and daily operations.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team while building valuable customer service and food service experience in our community.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
We are conveniently located on the Red Line, just off the Green Hills stop.
Pay Type:
$20.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Full Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
