Customer Engagement Associate

S.H.O.W. ATL – Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

S.H.O.W. ATL is seeking motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our Atlanta team as Customer Engagement Associates .

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing position. Customer Engagement Associates interact directly with customers while representing established client brands, answering questions, and providing information about available products and services.

Paid training is provided to help new team members become familiar with our clients, services, and customer engagement process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about client products and services
• Answer customer questions and identify their needs
• Assist customers with product or service selections
• Support customer acquisition and enrollment
• Maintain accurate customer information when required
• Represent client brands professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily objectives
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to receive and apply feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to the Atlanta work location
• Available for full-time, in-person work

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, promotions, or another customer-facing environment is preferred.

This position is fully in-person and is not a remote or hybrid opportunity .
