DCH Ford of Thousand OaksNow Hiring: Quick Lane Service TechniciansPay: $16.90 - $36.00 per flat rate hour.Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday offDepartment Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-2pm and Sunday: ClosedWhy Join Our Team?Work at a high-volume Ford dealership with a flow of customer-pay and warranty repair work.Build your skills alongside experienced Ford Master Technicians with opportunities for continued training.Develop your career through Ford factory training and certification programs.Join a supportive team that values quality expertise, collaboration, and professional growth.Be part of Lithia & Driveway, one of the largest automotive retailers in North America, offering long-term career advancement.What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, and fluid services.Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs such as brakes, batteries, belts, hoses, and suspension components.Perform multi-point inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.Use diagnostic equipment to identify basic vehicle concerns and complete repairs according to Ford standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership and manufacturer procedures.What You'll Bring1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.Perform maintenance and light-to-medium mechanical repairs independently.We prefer experience using diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.Identify vehicle issues and complete repairs.Work well with technicians and advisors to keep repairs moving.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $36.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
