Qualifications Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required) Full-time commitment to real estate (this is not a side hustle) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement A positive attitude and high level of personal accountability Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Compensation $95,000 - $137,500 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
