Compensation:

$80,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Utilize our proven lead follow-up and conversion systems to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in daily training and role-play sessions to enhance your sales skills and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with our Success Coach to set and achieve personal and professional growth goals.
• Leverage our technology and marketing support to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Coordinate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth and timely closings for all parties involved.
• Engage in business planning and professional development activities to continuously improve your career trajectory.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.
• Proven track record of utilizing lead follow-up and conversion systems to maximize sales opportunities.
• Willingness to participate in daily training and role-play sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a Success Coach to set and achieve personal and professional growth goals.
• Experience in leveraging technology and marketing support to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Ability to coordinate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth and timely closings for all parties involved.
