Healthcare Transactions Associate AttorneyA leading national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized healthcare practice. The Associate Attorney will be an integral member of deal teams advising clients on healthcare and legal management services organization (MSO) transactions.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced healthcare transactions team on sophisticated matters for clients across the healthcare industry. Responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating transaction documentsManaging due diligence processesCoordinating review with attorneys and specialists across practice areasSupervising junior attorneysAdvising clients throughout the transaction lifecycleSupporting healthcare and corporate/M&A transactions in a fast-paced environmentQualifications include:2–6 years of corporate and mergers & acquisitions experienceHealthcare transactions experience strongly preferredPrivate practice or law firm experience preferredPrivate equity experience is a plusRelevant transactional experience from an in-house role will also be consideredStrong drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesSound judgment and close attention to detailStrong academic backgroundImmediately transferable corporate/M&A skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsActive Bar admission in the state where the candidate will reside, or eligibility to become licensed/waive inThe position is expected to be performed in the office at least 3 business days per week.
