Vascular Technician

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent - Direct Hire

Location: Bronx, NY
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technician to perform non-invasive vascular studies in a clinical setting. This role focuses on patient safety, accurate testing, and high-quality diagnostic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular testing per established protocols
• Verify patient identity and review medical history prior to procedures
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and storage of vascular equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment
• Enter patient data and findings accurately into the EHR
• Prepare reports for physician review and signature

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Vascular Technician program
• RVT certification required
• SPI certification required
• ARDMS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of vascular testing experience
• Experience with upper and lower extremity Doppler studies
• Familiarity with venous ablation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
