Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts, with on-call as required.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- ACLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Utilize nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
