About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Applications to lead a key growth portfolio with a focus on customer engagement and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the applications portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. This role demands a senior product and engineering leader with a strong business acumen, capable of driving the portfolio's performance and growth. The SVP will be tasked with making the applications a more integrated and customer-centered part of the company's growth strategy, simplifying the portfolio experience, and strengthening commercial models. Key responsibilities include owning the applications portfolio strategy, leading product and engineering teams, driving business outcomes, and connecting applications to the company's broader platform strengths. Applicants for the SVP of Applications role at the company should have extensive experience in product management, engineering leadership, and business leadership, with a proven track record in scaling SaaS products and managing complex portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a deep customer orientation, strong instincts for user experience, and the ability to lead global teams through change. While not required, a background in CPaaS, customer engagement, marketing automation, or adjacent SaaS markets is a plus. The role requires a leader who can think like a general manager, is energized by building scalable SaaS businesses, and is adept at creating clarity across a complex portfolio.
