Insurance Account Representative

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs. Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community events, to generate new business opportunities. Handle telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance services. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with insurance sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it is a valuable asset in serving diverse clientele.
