Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As a trusted concierge home care agency serving New York and New Jersey, we are committed to providing exceptional, personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We currently have immediate per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County , offering flexible 6–12 hour day shifts that fit your schedule and availability.

Your Role:

As a Per Diem HHA, you will provide meaningful support and companionship while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Provide medication reminders and routine support
Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help create a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Valid New York State HHA Certification
Authorization to work in the United States
Physical exam within the last 12 months
PPD/QuantiFERON within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within required timeframe
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
