Vibrant Living Assistant

At Brightview Senior Living, our Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active vibrant life!

Responsibilities

1. Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
2. Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
3. Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
4. Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
5. Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
6. Help set up and break down events and activities.

Salary RangeUSD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr. Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
