Senior Manager, Product Management

Role Description
As the Senior Manager, Product Management for our enterprise website, you'll be instrumental in shaping the multi-year roadmap, prioritizing major features based on strategic business goals, and owning the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product.
- Act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance.
- Champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from the buyer's journey (lead generation) through to the customer journey (advocacy).
- Thrive on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous experimentation.
- Own a strategic B2B digital platform and drive significant business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus.
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products.
- At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams.
- At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.
- Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
- Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo).
- Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices.
- Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics.
- Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner).
