Physical Therapist

Job Title Position: Physical Therapist – Malley Transitional Care – Northglenn, CO Employment Type: PRN (Flexible Schedule, Consistent Hours) Responsibilities Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including, but not limited to: manual techniques; ambulation; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices; wound care; etc. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders. Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. New graduates welcome.
