Water/Wastewater Engineer I

Responsibilities Detailed design of new and rehabilitation improvements for water/wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations Complete conceptual and preliminary designs in Bluebeam and coordinate with AutoCAD/Revit platforms Review and plan water/wastewater infrastructure improvements and practice understanding of sustainable design elements as they relate to water and energy conservation and efficiency Collaborate with Baxter & Woodman Boller Design Build and sub-contractors to assemble pricing, develop proposals, and determine solutions Work with Boller Construction and other contractors directly on design-build projects Make decisions independently and take responsibility for project engineering solutions Communicate and coordinate efforts and ideas with Baxter & Woodman Boller Design Build, peers, and management team Participate in client and agency meetings to enhance knowledge exchange within the company and to develop relationships Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering, environmental emphasis Ability to lead themselves through project design Excellent technical writing skills Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment for both engineering design and contractors #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
