ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR Full-time permanent position. Anticipated start date 12/01/2026. Successful candidate must have:

PA Career & Technical Administrative Director certification, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility or ability to obtain.
A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Joint Operating Committee/ School Boards, and professional peers.
CTE/academic administrative experience at the secondary level.
Experience/ability to promote career & technical education.
Ability to create and maintain mission and goal statements.
Ability to oversee all facets of administration including personnel, budgeting, curriculum development, and safety.
A track record of ethical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working in workforce education, career and technical environments and formal education settings.
An understanding of employment contracts/negotiations.
Experience with comprehensive/strategic plans, school improvement plans, and Chapter 339 Technical Assist Visits.
Understanding of Programs of Study, NOCTI/NIMS, Keystone exams, and industry certifications.
Working knowledge of budgeting.
Working knowledge of facilities and project management.
Working knowledge of public relations.
