Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role

As Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, tenancy issues are handled efficiently, and compliance obligations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords and investors
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance works, repairs, and contractor attendance
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant
• Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, and move-in/move-out processes
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings and property legislation
• Handling tenant queries, disputes, and escalations professionally
• Liaising with utility providers, local authorities, and third-party suppliers
• Monitoring rent payments and supporting arrears management where required
• Maintaining accurate property records and CRM systems
• Supporting the wider lettings and operations teams where necessary

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in residential property management or lettings
• Strong understanding of US property legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple properties effectively
• Confident dealing with contractors, landlords, and tenants
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• ARLA, NFOPP, or relevant industry qualifications desirable but not essential
