Permanent Physician – Neonatology

Position Type : Permanent
Specialty : Physician – Neonatology
Location : Nevada
Rate : Open & Negotiable
Shift : 24-hour shifts + in-house on call (7.5 shifts/month, full-time)

Position Details:

Patient Population: Neonatal (Level III NICU)
Setting: Hospital-based NICU coverage across multiple facilities
Responsibilities: Provide neonatal care, manage NICU admissions, rotate between four hospitals, collaborate with Neonatologists and NNPs, participate in inpatient coverage and transport support
Required Procedures: Level III NICU care including high-frequency ventilation, iNO, and total body cooling
EMR System:
Support Staff: 16 Neonatologists and 8 NNPs
Days Per Month: 7.5 shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour shifts with in-house call coverage

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Nevada license (or willing to obtain)
DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start
NPDB Self Query within 30 days
Clean malpractice/license history
