We are partnered with one of the Midwest's most established family-owned construction firms in its search for a Commercial Carpentry Estimator.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial carpentry and interior-finish scopes
Develop competitive bids and conceptual budgets
Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Complete material and labor takeoffs
Coordinate with preconstruction leadership, project managers, and field teams
Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Maintain cost information xhyhwjd and help improve estimating processes
Support projects from early budgeting through award and construction

What They're Looking For

Five or more years of construction estimating experience
Experience estimating commercial carpentry, architectural millwork, or interior-finish scopes
Understanding of competitive bidding and conceptual budgeting
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Collaborative mindset and the ability to build lasting industry relationships
