Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily

Job Description
- Assist in managing multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Participate in regular project meetings to address progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

The Successful Applicant
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing or supporting multifamily construction projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
