Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead the guest experience in our Verizon store. You will coach your team to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence and mentor your Assistant General Manager.

You will participate in required trainings and lead weekly leadership calls to drive high-performance results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coaching, retention, and promoting Victra brand values while ensuring store goals and customer satisfaction
