Surety Associate Account Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Receive, submit, and process all clients' requests for service, i.e. bid/ contract/license/permit/court bonds daily.
• Respond to the client as requested on all bonds.
• Responsible for review of documents prepared prior to releasing to the client.
• Keep the Account Executive informed on account activity.
• Prepare and execute all bonds as well as indemnity agreements/applications accurately as needed.
• Adhere to all company procedures and insurance regulations.
• Invoice New Business and Renewals through Elron and EPIC
• Other functions as requested to support the department goals.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to take initiative

LICENSE & EXPERIENCE:

• Surety Experience a plus
• WA Insurance License Required - ability to obtain at hire

Salary Range

$60,000-$65,000 USD
