UX/Product Designer

What You’ll Do Work with early‑stage ideas, raw product concepts, and sometimes fuzzy client inputs - and turn them into clickable concepts at speed - because we don’t have time for perfection before validation; Lead or co‑lead workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation sprints; Ask users, test ideas, learn quickly - because guessing is not a design strategy; Own your work end‑to‑end, from problem framing to collaborating closely with developers and PMs to ensure designs are not only thoughtful, but buildable; Actively contribute to expanding The Norm’s knowledge base with proven methods, scalable frameworks, and practical tools; Support pre‑sales efforts by crafting UX‑focused proposals that clearly communicate value and fit for client needs; Who You Are You’re a proactive problem‑solver, not just a task‑taker; You thrive in ambiguity and quickly get up to speed in unfamiliar domains; You ask sharp, sometimes uncomfortable questions and you ask “why” as often as “how”; You care about the why behind pixels: real business needs, real user problems, real outcomes; You think in products, not just UI, and treat design as a way to make sense, not decorate; You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo - with respect, honesty, and good reasoning; You value momentum over perfection, and believe good design ships; You love collaboration, feedback, and being part of a team that has each other’s back; Job Requirements 3+ years in UX or Product Design; Experience working on digital products (web or mobile), portfolio is required; Strong skills in user research, business analysis, wireframing, prototyping, UX flows, and UI design. Knowledge of visual design principles is implied; Confident using Figma.
