Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and circulating roles for cardiac catheterization procedures including left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD implants, Watchman procedures, EP ablations, IR procedures, and vascular cases
• Operate and assist with Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment during procedures
• Document patient care accurately using MERGE Hemo and Meditech EMR systems
• Function as part of a 3-member procedural team, maintaining patient safety standards including universal precautions, timeout procedures, and moderate sedation guidelines
• Float to Pre/Post Cath Department as needed
• Participate in weekend rotation as scheduled, including one full weekend plus two weekdays per four-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a procedural team in a fast-paced cath lab environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Electrophysiology (EP) experience
• Familiarity with MERGE Hemo documentation system and/or Meditech EMR
• Experience with Philips or Siemens fluoroscopy equipment
