Position Summary:

We are preparing for an exciting evolution of one of our priority consumer brands, and we are looking for a Senior Designer / Brand Creative Lead for CON-CRET®to help shape how that next chapter comes to life. Working alongside our Creative Director and an external branding agency, this person will bring valuable in-house brand knowledge to the creative process and help transform the evolving identity into a distinctive, practical, and scalable system.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for a designer who wants meaningful ownership—not simply a steady stream of assets to produce. You will serve as a trusted creative partner for CON-CRET®, leading complex projects from concept through final execution and bringing the brand to life across campaigns, ecommerce, social media, retail, packaging, events, and other consumer touchpoints.

You can work within an established creative direction while bringing a thoughtful point of view, and you enjoy collaborating with people who approach the brand from different business and creative perspectives. Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day creative lead for CON-CRET®, developing a strong understanding of its consumers, products, visual identity, and business priorities.
• Lead complex design projects from initial brief and concept development through final production and launch.
• Translate approved brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction into cohesive visual systems and channel-ready creative.
• Develop and extend campaign concepts across ecommerce, digital, social media, retail, packaging, events, presentations, and other brand touchpoints.
• Play a central role in the upcoming brand overhaul, partnering with the Creative Director and external agency to develop, evaluate, and implement the new identity.
• Bring thoughtful concepts, visual references, creative territories, and design rationale to brand and campaign discussions.
• Maintain a consistently high standard for typography, composition, imagery, layout, consistency, and finished creative work.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Events, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams to move projects efficiently from brief to launch.
• Provide design guidance and informal mentorship to production designers and junior creative partners when appropriate.
• Help strengthen creative templates, workflows, standards, and systems that allow the team to scale while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency, in-house brand team, or consumer-focused organization.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, typography, composition, and cohesive visual systems across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading design projects from concept development through final execution—not solely adapting existing creative.
• Strong knowledge of brand identity and visual systems, with the ability to translate strategy and messaging into compelling creative expression.
• Experience creating integrated campaign work across digital, social media, ecommerce, retail, packaging, or related consumer touchpoints.
• Ability to work within approved creative direction while bringing a clear point of view, thoughtful recommendations, and strong design rationale.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard for finished work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders while communicating risks or dependencies early.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to receive, interpret, and act on creative feedback constructively.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, food and beverage, or retail.
• Experience partnering with branding or creative agencies during a rebrand or major identity evolution.
• Experience with packaging, motion design, production, or other modern brand and digital workflows.
• Experience providing creative guidance or mentorship to junior and production-level designers.
