Our Legal and Contracts team is now seeking a Contract Administrator to support existing and new relationships.
This will be a full-time, hybrid role based in Tucson AZ.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
- Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, amendments, terms, and conditions with clients and vendors.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Canyon Ranch policies.
- Assess contractual language to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or business concerns.
- Resolve contract-related questions or issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Prepare, revise, and manage legal documents within the contract management system.
- Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to support contract review, negotiation, and execution.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal, vendor, and business information.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bring 2+ years of contract management, paralegal services, or related professional experience.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, legal terminology, and contract administration practices.
- Attention to detail when reviewing, analyzing, and preparing documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Organize and prioritize multiple contracts, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Use contract management software (Concord) and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
