Marketing Account Manager

Role Overview: The Marketing Account Manager will oversee up to 15 active client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and performance goals. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and strategic direction. You must be comfortable leading conversations, building presentations, and translating data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with each client account. Key Responsibilities: Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 15 client accounts Lead client meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations Build strong, long-term client relationships Project Management Manage workflows and timelines using Monday.com Coordinate across design, social, PPC, Meta Ads, creative, and SEO teams Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope Track deliverables, approvals, and revisions Brand & Strategy Contribute to brand positioning and marketing strategy development Ensure campaigns align with client brand identity and growth goals Guide quarterly campaign strategies between departments Identify opportunities for optimization and growth Reporting: Gather performance data across platforms (Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, Social, Website Analytics) Create client-ready decks and performance reports Present findings and strategic recommendations confidently Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project management, account management, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred) Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (website, social media, PPC, Meta Ads, SEO) Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools Experience creating professional client-facing presentations Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking for: Strategic and creative thinker with strong execution skills Confident client communicator High attention to detail Highly organized and deadline-driven Solutions-oriented Proactive with communication, monitoring tasks, hitting goals and handling challenges Team player who can collaborate across departments and effectively and respectfully work in a fast paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket
