Here's a general overview of the role: Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including food service, cleanliness, and customer experience. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff (servers, cooks, hosts, etc.). Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, manage payroll, and analyze financial reports. Inventory & Supplies: Manage food and beverage inventory, order supplies, and ensure vendor relationships. Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and labor regulations. Marketing & Promotion: Assist in planning promotions, events, or marketing efforts to attract customers.
