BCBA Clinic Director
Golden Care Therapy NJ · Hamilton Township, NJ (Quakerbridge Rd) · On-site, full-time
$90,000–$100,000 per year + $2,500 sign-on bonus

Build a clinic from the ground up. Golden Care Therapy is opening a new ABA clinic in Hamilton Township, and we're looking for a BCBA to lead it from day one. You'll help hire the team, set the clinical standards, and shape the culture of a site that's yours to build.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the clinic's clinical team of BCBAs and RBTs

• Oversee treatment plan quality, assessments, and reassessments across the clinic.

• Run parent and caregiver training, and work with families and other providers on coordinated care.

• Partner with operations on RBT hiring, scheduling, and authorizations.

• Mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and build a culture of supervision and ongoing learning.

What you'll bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• 3+ years of post-certification experience.

• Experience supervising BCBAs or RBTs. Prior clinic or team leadership is a plus.

• NJ licensure requirement

Pay and benefits

• $90,000–$100,000 annual salary.
