About the Position

Support staff: 6 MDs; 5 APPs
• Coverage Type: clinic
• Schedule Details: Mon-Friday. 8a-5pm (8 hrs) fulltime
Work Details: 
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 16 patients per day
• Patient Age Group: peds-adults
• Procedures: Bread and butter Family Medicine Clinic seeing peds-adults. Current providers are at capacity and need 2 locums that can hit the ground running. They see about 16 patients per day. (every 30 minutes) This facility was opened 3 years ago.

Requirements

Board Certifications Req’d: Family Medicine (Will accept IM – if sees all ages)
• State License(s): New Hampshire. Open to reviewing candidates that need IMLC and have LOQ in hand. 
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 + days—trying to push a faster start since there shouldn’t be any privileges with being Outpatient clinic only 
Willing To License?: only if IMLC eligible with LOQ in hand
