Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Accounting Clerk to support the daily operations of our dealership business office. This position assists multiple departments, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, title administration, vehicle deal processing, document management, and general office support. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintains confidentiality, and is willing to assist wherever needed to ensure efficient dealership operations. Employee discounts on vehicle purchase, parts, and service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Scan, file, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records. Prepare and file accounting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation. Reconcile statements and research discrepancies. Support month-end closing activities. Organize and maintain deal jackets. Audit deal files for completeness and accuracy. Assist with vehicle inventory documentation. Support title and registration processing. Verify required forms and compliance documents are completed. Provide excellent internal and external customer service. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required. Automotive dealership experience preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred. Experience with CDK DMS is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Valid Nevada driver’s license. Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to operate standard office equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
