Brand Strategist

To support strategic brand development and positioning, the full-time Brand Strategist will manage audience insights and competitive positioning efforts, collaborating with integrated marketing teams in a flexible or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and stress-test brand positioning and competitive strategy informed by primary research and market data Conduct audience research and buyer insight analysis to understand key personas and their decision-making criteria Build strategic frameworks that guide brand decisions, including competitive positioning maps and persona-based strategy documents Required qualifications Several years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, or insights development, preferably in a B2B enterprise context Demonstrated experience in developing brand positioning and competitive frameworks grounded in research Strong capability in audience research and insight development, with experience in designing and analyzing research Solid understanding of brand measurement and tracker design to inform strategy Intellectual curiosity about competitive landscapes and market trends, along with an eagerness to use AI tools for research and analysis
