Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! You are someone who has a strong background in phone sales and marketing, and preferably with experience in the housekeeping industry. As a Sales Associate, you will have at least 3 years of experience in closing deals over the phone, a solid understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to relate to the unique aspects of the housekeeping sector. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients, focusing on housekeeping services. 


• Close sales deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.


• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our housekeeping services to effectively communicate their value to clients.


• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and housekeeping team.


• Educate team members on marketing best practices and insights to enhance overall sales performance.


• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.


• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the housekeeping sector.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively


• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service


• Willingness to work well in a team environment


• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register


• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
