Litigation Associate

A highly regarded and growing corporate law practice is seeking a transactional attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Corporate & M&A team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated middle-market and complex transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant client exposure and long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, securities matters, and private equity-related work. Attorneys who thrive in this role are commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing key aspects of transactions from diligence through closing. Key Responsibilities Lead and support mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial structuring through closing Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents Advise clients on corporate governance, securities, and general corporate matters Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction workflow across parties Support private equity and strategic investment transactions Collaborate directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout transactions Assist with commercial lending and financing matters, where applicable Qualifications 4+ years of transactional legal experience Strong background in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and securities matters Experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation Ability to independently manage significant portions of deals and serve as lead associate on transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and work ethic Commercial lending or finance experience is a plus Active Texas bar admission required The firm offers: Competitive compensation Strong platform for professional growth and advancement Sophisticated transactional work with direct client engagement Collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
