Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, an industry leader in facilities management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property operations across Northern NJ and parts of Upstate NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Pay rate: $35/Hr
Location: East Rutherford, NJ (Candidates must reside within a 35-mile radius of the East Rutherford office)
Shift: M-F, 8-hour shifts, generally starting around 7 am, candidates must have on-call availability as needed.

What's the Job?

• Inspect and service HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Technical training or certification in HVAC or related trades preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a laptop and mobile devices.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
