Guitar Repair Technician

Job Description

Job Description

In a rare occurrence, WMC has an opening for a full-time Guitar Repair Technician!

In order to meet growing demand and maintain our shop's quality output, this position will require the ideal candidate to have veteran guitar repair expertise coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. While we welcome all interest, this is a job for an experienced professional only rather than a budding hobbyist and priority will be given accordingly. Applicants with certifications from major manufacturers like Taylor, Martin, Fender, and Gibson are strongly preferred.

As a Guitar Tech, your work is critical and directly linked to our “client experience.” The work you will do in this role helps keep customers returning to WMC over and over again. The work requires specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality, and caution.
