Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Be the one who keeps the numbers in line and the business moving. We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is detail-driven and thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment. This is an opportunity to work at Acushnet | Titleist, the #1 golf ball manufacturer in the world, and play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day financial operations running smoothly. Location: Fairhaven, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Pay: $25/hour Regular Business Hours What You'll Be Doing: Post daily customer payments and apply them to open invoices using systems like SAP, M3 (AGS), and BillTrust Make adjustments, journal entries, and resolve discrepancies as needed Research payment issues, credits, and shortages—and follow through to resolution Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding account questions Support general A/R processes, including unapplied cash and account maintenance Partner with Credit, Collections, and Customer Service teams to ensure account accuracy Step in to support other A/R team members as needed What We're Looking For: 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or bookkeeping experience Experience with SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Comfortable working across multiple systems and handling data Strong communication skills (phone, email, written) Ability to research and solve problems independently Apply Today!
