What You Will Do

* Engage prospective candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for additional screenings

* Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and assist in the hiring journey

* Ensure accurate, current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that occur, and successful hires made from your leads
